About me

Real Support, Not Just Remedies
Practical naturopathy with care, clarity, and no hype.
Hi, I’m Pia — naturopath, creative, and lover of quiet mornings, saltwater swims, and honest conversations.
After years working in community pharmacy and clinical practice, I saw how many people—especially women—were overwhelmed by one-size-fits-all advice and exhausted by quick-fix solutions. I created my practice to offer something different: a slower, steadier, more thoughtful approach to health.
I work with a small number of clients at a time so I can offer the kind of care that’s personal, not prescriptive. Whether you’re dealing with burnout, chronic pain, or just feeling unlike yourself, I focus on practical naturopathic support that meets you where you are. Together, we’ll get clear on what your body needs and create a plan that feels doable—not dramatic.
My approach blends traditional naturopathic wisdom with modern science and a big dose of common sense. You won’t find hype or hard sells here—just grounded support and strategies that work for you.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me camera in hand, capturing sunlight on water, misty landscapes, or behind-the-scenes moments for other wellness brands. Creativity is how I recharge—and I bring that same thoughtful lens to both my wellness work and content studio.
If you’re looking for support that feels genuine, clear, and calm—you’re in the right place.
Who I work with?
- Women 40+ navigating chronic pain, burnout, stress, fatigue, and hormonal changes
- People who feel overlooked by mainstream health care or overwhelmed by wellness culture
- Those who want natural, evidence-informed support—without the pressure to be perfect
You don’t need to be a supplement expert, yoga devotee, or live on green juice. You just need to be curious about feeling better—and ready for small, sustainable shifts that actually make sense for your life.
If you’re looking for real conversations, personalised care, and a calm, thoughtful approach to health—you’re in the right place.

If you’re looking for something grounded, thoughtful, and a little different—you’ve found it.
